Implants
Dental implants are a great solution to replace missing teeth. A dental implant is a titanium post (which mimics a tooth root) which is surgically positioned in the bone beneath the gum. They can replace a single tooth, be used to support a bridge or used to anchor dentures. Our office works closely with our area’s best surgeons forming a cohesive team to manage all your dental implant needs.
Veneers
Porcelain veneers are thin pieces of porcelain used to recreate the natural look of teeth. The procedure consist of conservative tooth preparations to make slight tooth position alterations, or to change tooth color, size and/or shape. Composite resin veneers are a great alternative to porcelain veneers.
Whitening
Whether you have always desired whiter teeth or would like to spruce up for a special occasion, professional teeth whitening may be for you. We offer both in-office Zoom whitening for immediate results as well as custom fabricated trays for at home whitening at your leisure. Occasionally, teeth may be stained in a way that limits the effectiveness of tooth whitening. In those instances, porcelain veneers or crowns are an excellent alternative.
Bonding
Cosmetic bonding is the process in which the esthetics of teeth are improved using tooth-colored resin-based composite. Whether you have chips or spaces between your teeth, bonding can correct cosmetic defects and restore teeth naturally and conservatively. As old silver fillings (amalgams) need replacing, tooth-colored resin can be used. We stay up to date with all the newest materials and techniques that allow us to give you the most esthetic outcome.
Invisalign
Invisalign aligners consist of a series of clear plastic, removable appliances that move your teeth in small increments to achieve a more beautiful and healthy smile. Properly aligned teeth are easier to clean meaning less bacteria and lower risk of decay and periodontal disease. Because the aligners are removable, daily hygiene does not need to become a chore hindered by brackets and wires making it a great alternative for braces for adults. With a short in-office consult, you can find out if you are a candidate for Invisalign.
Laser procedures
The office employs a diode laser for various procedures such as tissue recontouring, disinfecting periodontal pockets and root canals, frenectomies and hypertrophic lesions in the mouth.
